RETURNS

RETURNS:   All merchandised purchased from us may be replaced, exchanged, or credited using the same method of charge payment used to purchase merchandise, excluding shipping and handling, PROVIDING;

♦  IT IS RETURNED TO OUR STOCK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE and invoice or packing slip # is furnished; 

♦  All shortages, mis-shipments or damaged goods must be reported to Air Boat Depot WITHIN 48 HOURS;

♦  Unless received as new defective, Goods must be in resalable condition; they cannot have been INSTALLED,         bolted, marked, disfigured, used, or soiled and must be in the original container if applicable and shipped pre-paid; 

♦  No Gaskets Can Be Returned Once Seals Are Broken or Package is Opened, unless authorized by AIR BOAT DEPOT; 

♦  Warranty Is Void On Cylinder Heads If Heat Tab Is Melted;

♦  Warranty on electrical parts is Exchange Only;

♦  Shipping errors will be handled on an individual basis;

♦  All special orders, made-to-order, cut-to-length are NON-RETURNABLE, unless received as new defective;

♦  We do not in any way guarantee the sale of any merchandise;

♦ When items are out of stock, they will be BACKORDERED and automatically processed if it becomes available      within   7 days of original order date.  It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel any item(s) backordered within    the 7 day  period if the product is no longer desired. 

EASY ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN POLICY:  Included with each order is an invoice or packing slip with a return form. If you have the return form, please fill out the form in its entirety and place it inside the package. Place the return label on the outside of the package and return via FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it must be reported to us within 48 hours, We may opt to have a shipping company of our choice pick it up or issue you a pre-paid return label. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air. Please be aware that some companies who provide shipping and packing services charge extra for these services and those charges will not be reimbursed.  

Please include your order, invoice or packing slip number, name, address and daytime phone number.  Also include the reason explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a replacement,exchange, or a credit back to your account which will be issued to the method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
