Poly & MFP Rope - Floats

BRAIDED VS TWISTED: Twisted rope has way more strength per load than braided.  Whereas, Braided will not tend to unravel. Multifilament & Monofilament Polypropylene (MFP) rope is the most practicable rope for docking. It is soft like nylon, floats and has great resistance to the marine environment.

WARNING; SAFE WORKING LOADS are indicated often on packages and are based as a guide for common situations, however heavy seas, stormy conditions require an upgrade in line diameter and protection. Replace any line when frayed or excess wear is evident.
