Boating Safety (Non Chemical)

BOATERS, PLEASE KNOW THE LAW! Save a Life and avoid Violation Fines, Seizure and Forfeiture of Your Vessel!  FOLLOW THE U.S.C.G.'S REQUIREMENTS and RECOMMENDATIONS. 

THE OWNER AND/OR OPERATOR OF A VESSEL IS RESPONSIBLE TO CARRY, STORE, MAINTAIN AND USE THE SAFETY EQUIPEMENT REQUIRED BY THE U.S. COAST GUARD (USCG).  Children 6 years of age and under are required to wear a USCG Appr. PDF Type I, II, or III at all times while vessel is underway. State of Florida recommends every one should wear one when boating. (Underway means not anchored or docked).
