ALL AIR BOATERS IN FLORIDA ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO INSTALL AN ORANGE FLAG FOUND IN Ch. 327 & Ch. 328 Fla. Statutes AS FOLLOWS;
It must be equipped to a mast or flagpole
It must be rectangle or square (Pendant shaped is no longer allowed)
International orange in color (That is same as Construction & USCG Safety/Warning/Skier down orange)
A minimum of 10" x 12" in size
Must be placed 10' above the lowest part of the hull
Displayed so it is visible from any direction (Meaning they want it above the propeller cage area of air boats)
Recommended: Should be placed higher if not visible over saw grass obstruction
• Vinyl Coating last longer in the tropical weather environment
• Mesh allows the air to travel through
• Eyelet Grommets make it easy to hang to a flag pole or use tie wrap straps to an extended pole
• Can be cut down to size desired with scissors (Not Included)
