During this time, RPC will at it's option, credit or replace any defective product. RPC shall not be liable from any consequential or contingent damages, labor expenses, freight costs or injuries arising either directly or indirectly from any defects in these products or from the use of the product. You may have other rights under either State or Federal law, including laws governing warranties.
APPLICATION WARNING
