INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Exhaust Clamp seals flexible tube to straight pipe and straight tube to straight tube connections
Use for overlap connections only. Position clamp halfway onto the larger diameter tube. Assemble bolts and position gasket between clamp bolts and tubing.Torque the LARGE DIAMETER first, then torque the small diameter, Torque to 50-75 lbs.
NOTE:
Do not use as a mounting support for exhaust system.
Do not use a butt joint clamp.
Do not use turbocharger or exhaust manifold connections.
Reuse is not recommended.
FOR EASIER INSTALLATION:
GREASE THE CLAMP AND THE JOINT AREA BEFORE INSTALLING. CLEAN ALL RUST AND DEBRIS FROM SURFACES.
